Refer a Friend, Earn $100 Each

Terms & Conditions

1.       To refer friends to My Alarm Center under this program you must be (i) a current My Alarm Center Subscriber; (ii) over the age of 18; and (iii) in good standing throughout the referral process.

2.      Refer-A-Friend rewards are granted on a per account basis, regardless of the number of systems and/or services on the account.

3.      To qualify for the $100, referral must become a Subscriber (Agreement required). You will receive a $100 gift card (within 30 days of referrals’ installation) and your referral will receive a $100 credit to their account. There is no limit, the more you share, the more you earn. 

4.     My Alarm Center may suspend, change or cancel this program at any time, without notice. My Alarm Center reserves the right to suspend or terminate any customer’s participation in the Refer-A-Friend program for fraud, abuse, misuse, harassment, or other inappropriate or suspicious activity.

5.      You are responsible for (a) all costs and expenses incurred by you in connection with your participation in the Refer-a-Friend Program; and (b) any and all taxes, fees, duties, tariffs or charges which may be imposed on you in connection with your participation in the Refer-a-Friend Program.

6.      MY ALARM CENTER DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, UNDER THESE REFER-A-FRIEND PROGRAM TERMS OR OTHERWISE WITH RESPECT TO MY ALARM CENTER’S SERVICES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, DESIGN, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. MY ALARM CENTER MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY REGARDING THE AVAILABILITY, RELIABILITY OR SECURITY OF THE SERVICES AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ANY MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION, UNAVAILABILITY, OR DISCONTINUANCE OF THE SERVICES.

7.      By signing up for the Program, each member consents to receiving email and text message communications from us regarding the Program and our products, services, promotions, and financial incentives including targeted advertising based on your transactional history as a Program member, though each member has the right to opt out of receiving such communications. In the event you receive any automated email or text message from us, you will be provided the option of opting out of receiving future emails and text messages, whether through an unsubscribe link in the email or by texting back “STOP”. Standard text messaging fees may apply based on your cell phone carrier plan.

8.     You may withdraw from the Refer-A-Friend program at any time by emailing CustomerCare@myalarmcenter.com

9.      The financial incentive is reasonably related to the average value to the business of the sale or collection of the referral data. We are allowed by law to offer financial incentives, and price and service differences to you if the differences are directly related to the value provided by your data. We offer discounts and promotions to our current Subscribers to incentivize them to refer us additional business, engage in more transactions and try different products and services.
